Shipping policy

"How much will shipping cost?"

  • Greater Gauteng Area (0-30kg*): R110  (1-2 business days for delivery)
  • National (0-25kg*): R155 (2-4 business days for delivery)
  • * Shipping is calculated based on the actual weight of the package, or the volumetric weight, whichever is the greater. Where the volumetric weight is greater than the ranges specified above, shipping rates will be communicated with the customer and agreed upon before finalising the order.
  • Shipping is handled by 3rd party Courier providers, who offer door-to-door delivery.
  • Only in exceptional circumstances will G Shift (Pty) Ltd deviate from our preffered shipping method, provided that this is mutually agreed upon with the customer.

"When will my order arrive?"

  • All orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed and finalised. This applies to all forms of payment, whether it be cash, EFT, or payments made through the respective Payment Gateways.
  • Orders will only be processed on business days, and not on weekends or public holidays.
  • Please reference details on individual product items which may provide additional information about lead times in securing stock from respective suppliers (N.B: especially important for custom-made items).
  • Once all items are collated per order, they will be shipped to the customer.  Thereafter, the guidelines for delivery times as outlined above will apply.
  • Customers will be updated on the status of their orders, either via automated status updates generated as part of the online transaction processing, or via separate email correspondence from G Shift (Pty) Ltd.
  • G Shift (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for any delays in shipping which are outside of our control. We will however endeavor to manage customer expectations in the best way possible.

"How do I check the status of my order?"

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message with details of the shipment, including the tracking number and link to the 3rd party Courier's website where you will be able to track your order through to final delivery.
  • If you are unsure, please Contact Us or email us directly at gshift.za@gmail.com to query the status of your order.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Local Pickup

  • Certain items will be eligible for local pickup.  Please reference individual product details to determine if they are eligible.
  • If you are unsure, please Contact Us or email us directly at gshift.za@gmail.com to determine whether items are eligible for local pickup.
