Explanation of Stock Descriptions:
| IN STOCK: | Plenty of product in stock, currently > 30 units. |
| <x> IN STOCK: | As described, the number of products currently in stock is displayed to the customer. |
| ONLY <x> LEFT: | Low Stock Alert, only a few products remaining before they are sold out (will move to Pre-Order or Out Of Stock Status). |
| PRE-ORDER: | No stock available at the moment, however the product can still be purchased at the listed / advertised price. Stock will then be sourced from relevant distributors or G Shift Suppliers and once received, shipped to the end-customer. |
| OUT OF STOCK: | No stock available. Product cannot be purchased at this point in time due to various reasons (no longer available, discontinued, supply chain delays etc.) |
I want to order more items than what the Available quantity is showing, is this possible?
It depends. On certain products, there is only limited stock available, so if a quantity higher than the available stock is selected when adding to cart, the store will pop up a warning stating that the maximum available products have been added to your cart.
Other products do allow for higher quantities to be ordered than what stock is available at that point in time. The store will allow you add a larger quantity to your cart and complete checkout. In instances like this, we will communicate with the customer to confirm when the additional items will become available for order fulfillment. It is also possible to partially fulfill the order and ship what stock is available now, and then fulfill the rest of the order by shipping the outstanding items at a later stage as soon as they are available.
G Shift is transitioning to running a lean model for stock in South Africa, but this does not mean that the products cannot be sourced fairly quickly (a few days locally, or 2-3 weeks from overseas). We are flexible and can discuss your specific requirements about products and order quantities.
Does G Shift Offer Products Wholesale / In Bulk?
Yes! We would be happy to discuss your specific requirements with regards to wholesale supply of products. G Shift is in a unique position whereby for many of our Partner Brands, we are the Official Dealer and Distributor in South Africa, as well as the exclusive retailer to the end-customer.
That being said, there are always opportunities to provide these products on a larger scale to Corporate, Business, Trade and Industry customers. Contact Us and we will do our best to understand your specific requirements and tailor a solution to meet your specific needs.
